Spud, thank you so much! I have PM'd you and I would greatly appreciate your input, since you have had personal experience.

It feels as if I've seen this thing staring me right in the face, and I've looked away. My son is truly wonderful and delightful and has probably been coping with a very difficult situation on his own because none of us understood or wanted to consider that he was more than just different or odd.
