and read her blog. You can get Erfa Thyroid from Canada and it it is like the OLD armour in taste (you can take it sublingually) and effectiveness. However, a grain is 65 mg, not 60, it only comes in 1/2, 1 and 2 grain sizes and it has a little less T3 and T4 than Armour so you may need a little more. Armour is on back order and so is Naturethroid. I switched to Erfa and I'm not goin' back!!!
