Newport had dowsed and told me I had had a massive lead dump, and needed 3 triphala every hour. One of the indicators of a Lead dump is bowels stop working normally. It took me 2 days of the triphala and I also added the ascorbic acid too, before I knew my bowels were right again, and Newport re-dowsed for me and said I was ok.
