I have just found abrahams website, and feel quite excited in implementing all these new ways of thinking into my life.
I was quite a negetive thinker and worrier, and even had a list of my problems in my diary (this page has now been thrown. I have ordered some books to get me started.
I have a couple of questions, has this worked for many people? is it difficult to do, and I love to read thriller books, would this effect my thinking?
