How do you best PREVENT SCATTER??

Ok, I have been reading alot before I detox, and I am nOW worried about 'scatter'.
1/Is there a way to kill worms FIrst WITH A BIG knowckout, before most of them would do this?

2.Is theis more common with alchohal based tinctures, or capsules?

3.Is there a way to put them to 'sleep' before you nail them?

4. Should a zapper be in place to keep scatter from going to the head area? Ive heard keep a pad on the back of the neck.

5. To clarify, about 3 weeks of this then ok to liver cleans?
