I think heavy metals are always present when one has parasites, but if you want to be sure, find some alternative practitioner who would do a hair test analysis for you and you'll know the level of toxins/metals you've got.
Then best thing is to chelate with DMSA (or better yet, read chelations forum-people might suggest something else).

Personally, if I would've known this before, it would save me a lot of pain and money - as I said, from my experience, nothing will remove parasites if they are coated with heavy metals.

So I would first chelate out the metals and then it is relatively easy to get rid of parasites with herbs or prescription drugs (can be ordered easily online).
You can check "prescription drugs" forum for what people suggest for which parasite. From my experience, once you "unmask" those monsters, it is easier to get them with herbs or even enemas etc.

I think the critical thing is to "unmask" them so you can reach them - even if they scatter, after they lose their heavy-metals power, you can reach them by herbs or medications. That's my experience after one year. Only now, when I did about 3-months chelation in the spring, then had a break until approx. October, when I re-started chelating with DMSA, only now I am able to reach some of the stubborn stagerred all over monsters. But it goes slowly anyway, because it takes body some time to detox.
But at last it's winning situation over them.
