As to your other questions, I can't begin to argue with you because you are so sure that Obama was not born in Hawaii.
I disagree with you. Consider this - if our government and politics are really controlled by a few elite, you must agree that these men are extremely smart. So why would they choose a black man that had the kind of baggage you think Obama does (not being a US citizen)? It just doesn't make since to me. Especially when there are hundreds of charismatic people who could fill the same position (assuming that the theory that they are chosen by the elite is true.
