I was referring to the last phase, which has been going on since WWII, actually about 60 years in which the white middle class is being replaced in Europe and the USA.

the first assault by the rich in the US on the white middle class was slavery, when that was outlawed they used union busting and robber baron politics, when that was outlawed,they used sweat shops,when that was outlawed, they used the fed and the personal income tax, finally they just decided to out source the jobs , and for those jobs that couldnt be outsourced they imported cheap foreign labor.
