I can't handle mixing the oil with anything. I put a nose plug on and drink 1/2 of the oil and then chase it with lemon, GF or classic Coke (acid is the key), then finish the other half. If you plug your nose, you cannot taste the oil...at all. You still have to 'mental' past drinking oil but you can't taste it. :)
