Yes, they are microscopic. But, once they colonize together, you can see them. Think about thrush on the tongue, or vaginal yeast excretions. Very visible. I see candida in my stool after just about every time I get a candida flare, as long as it is a bad enough flare. It is bright white. Almost fluorescent. It happens about 1-2 weeks after die off, and it comes out in diarrhea. It lasts 1-2 bowel movements, then it is gone. Others have seen similar. Tweet
