and yes i agree, that the obvious answer is always exercise and eat healthy, people do pay to hear it, lol

but I really believe the answer to my problems will be iodine

I have analysed my diet over the last 5 years, and realised all I ate was junk food.

I cant think of anything I ate with iodine

Also, I have all the symptoms of hypothyroid, the most obvious being my face and my eyebrows which only grow halfway.

So, im really wishing Iodine will help me.

I do things like sprouts and algaes, but I dont feel that these are going to cure me of a lifelong problem, I want to get to the root of it.
