Mirena Crash Advice Needed PLEASE

I have had the IUD for 3-1/2 years. Haven't had a period in probably 2 years. I have had nausea, anxiety, nervousness, spacy feeling in my head, motion sickness, and acne. I'm ready to get it taken out, but I have heard about the Mirena crash and need to know more about it. I am going on a trip in 2 months and want to enjoy myself!!! We are flying, so the anxiety, nervousness, spacy feeling, motion sickness will probably be severe, but I don't know what to expect with the Mirena crash and don't want to be dealing with that while on my vacation. Can anybody give me advice?...IUD out now or after my trip in 2 months?
