Day 3
Hello everyone! This is my first time doing
The Master Cleanse and I'm successfully on Day 3. I'm wondering how everyone's energy level is... I have been cooped up in the house for well, 2 full days and finally today, Day 3, I decided to go for "a walk" in the woods. Well that turned into a 6.5 mile run. I consider myself a runner, but I had accepted that I wouldn't be performing this activity while on the cleanse. Anyway, I was just as strong, if not stronger. Considering my calorie intake has dropped from 3000 calories a day (i'm also an avid weight lifter) to a meager 800 calories a day... I am stunned that I was able to complete such a task. I guess it will be telling how I sleep tonight. The first 2 nights I have slept like garbage. The first night, I had awful awful nightmares where my partner actually had to wake me up, and last night, I just tossed and turned and was 'aware' most of the night. If this run helps me sleep, I'll be doing it every day, maybe a little less though. I don't want to have negative calories every day.
