Re: Good Info
"So why have a God, for he has no power over anything, an 'icon' used by man to do what he wishes, so in effect man is in effect "Man the Almighty" as Glassman points out."
Yes we paint our filters on the notion of god in order to create a bigger power of our mirrored selves.
What you will find is the same attributes of a given personality painted onto an icon calling it god. People like to have their god an extension of themselves.
That is why we have wars and conflicts amongst these people ant their religions.
What we see are story tellers defending their stories at all cost. The theme to most of these religious stories has a commonality to them, and in my opinion a carefully planted one. That is, a device to create separation. A devise to cut off spiritual power, by creating the perception to have to get it from something outside yourself, something other than you. Simply put,a devise that causes loss of power.
Separation fantasy kills. Separation fantasy creates pain.
As you look in this forum and see what kinds of minds take on this code of separation and how they defend it without questioning it, you begin to see how our reality is being projected form that fracturing code.
