Re: Natural vitamin C

Green tea contains a small amount of the stimulant caffeine, and the sedative amino acid theanine.

I have been reading a LOT recently about the health benefits of green tea and I even made my first kombucha batch using green tea. I had in the past avoided green tea because I thought it was 'stimulating' not calming.  I was telling my friend about this and she said she can't drink it because of her caffiene sensitivities and that green tea is "loaded" with caffiene.

Is this so?
