Dear Di,
First off I want to thank you for your generous reply. Ireally appreciate it. I am sorry I have not been able to answer earlier. As for your questions yes I was able to get the wasser here in sweden. I have had trouble using the apple cider vinegar which I tried on many occasions and it seems to aggravate my already very low blod sugar which in turned cause anxiety and alot of dizziness I tried it on and off for one year. I also attempted lemon and as Ido with all citrus even my beloved pineapple I get a pain that stings right below my right side of my rib..I suppose that is the gallblader possibley acting up !The same went for the kelp I get extreme insomnia from many sorts of sea vegeatation and I really can't figure out why. I purchased my kelp in london at a health food store and it was from norway. Around the same time that I wrote in about the wasser I was still taking fish oil which after stopping I noticed that my stomache problems became muc less. Of course the key that helped me the most was alkalising with barley grass. Ireally noticed a turn around in my health. Another thing that helped my greatly was when I started taking Borage oil to get GLA omega six. Because of the effect on the prostoglandins my inflammated stomache got so much better.

Well I had to stop taking it recently when I found out that you should not be taking it while pregnant period! So I stopped and my stomache issues are rearing it's ugly head. Which nautrally effects my emotions. So I ended up buying a prenatal omega three vitamin with a high level of dha in it and I feel pretty good on that except one major problem. It seems that the balance of the pufa oils in me prefers the omega 6 or better said the gla that reduces my inflamation. So just like when Itook the omega thee oils several years ago I have not gone down in weight and have the same upper mid gastric pain. Not good for me or baby..

So decided to buy some high quality spirulina to get the gla that way and that causes me to get extreme low blood sugar attacks. I have reas that it can balance the blood sugar and for those who are highly hypoglycemic like myself it can make the blood sugar even lower. Ihave now abandoned my spirulina for now.

As for the psyllium I am not sure what caused what but I am taking it a little here and there since I can't afford to loose any more weight.

Your suggestion of the bladderwack sounds like a good idea:-) I unfortuantely can't eat oatmeal even though I love it since it lowers my blod sugar also. At this point Iwould really like to find something that can give me the proper ratio of dha and gla that my body needs and some thing that doesn't cause insomnia or an inflamation. I read about a omega oil that was marine plant based perhaps that could be some thing. But I will definately look into getting the bladderwack.
If you or anyone else has any other suggestions that might also help with my now weight loss and pain dilemma I would be very greatful!
