Re: pregnant and questions about fiber

Hi, bernadette!

Checking your posting history indicates that you first showed up at this forum about 10 months ago, asking how to get calcium hydroxide in Sweden.Did you find it???

Have you been using the alkalising drink?? If so, what amounts of each ingredient a day and which kelp are you using??? The right doses should lick your long-standing parasite problem within a short time. Please search past info on that topic in this forum.

Also, are you applying any of the other ideas discussed here, such as the alkalising baths??

Psyllium provides much soluble fiber. All seaweeds also provide it, and also a full palate of needed alkaline minerals in easily absorbable form. These are things that your growing baby will need and you will too.

Usual allergic reaction to psyllium is flatulence. Are you sure it is the culprit regarding yr insomnia?? There is very good info re diet and insomnia in past posts here at Ask Moreless if you do a search. Moreless himself posted about this often.

Bladderwrack, which is not often emntioned here at Ask Moreless, is known for greatly benefitting the gut. You may want to include some in your diet. Most find the taste spectacularly putird. One can either encapsulate it or add it to flavorful foods, as I do.

Try oatmeal or any other cooked cereal that you can tolerate with stevia, powdered bladderwrack, and some frozen or dried fruit. This is my fave daily breakfast, has def helped with lose stools.

May you find gthe glowing health and abundant life you seek!

Di

PS All the conditions that you have mentioned over the mo0nths in posts at other forums can be helped by this portocol. Please search here regarding each.
