Insomnia is one of the most common symptoms of liver congestion. I started having it bad about a year and a half ago. Now is much better. As Flowerchild mentioned, you can loosen those stones up and gain your life back. You need to remember that it will take a while to sort things out. Must deal w/ diet. increase fiber and vegetables, nix the fast food and bad fats. You must also deal with your cholesterol if it is out of wack - which it most likely is given your condition. I really thing cutting down on carbs helps to get weight under control and lessen triglycerides if you need to do that.
The other major thing is exercise, you have to get out and move your body. That really improves flow of fluids including the lymphatic system etc.
