personally i recommend dr. clarks flush over any other. i always get out the most stones. Epsom Salts are not fun, but after a while you'll get more used to it and so many more stones seem to come out. i've flushed closed to 1000 stones in one flush before using the two doses of Epsom Salts , and i never flush less than 100 per flush.
