seems like everyone has parasitic infections.Is this a planned conspiracy to limit our lifespans?

I have been scouting out medhelp and look into categories such as autoimmune disorders,IBS,Lyme and Fibro and cant understand why these people do not realize they all have the same illnesses,parasites.When I suggested this I was banned right away and berated by doctors who suggest fake illnesses such as CFS.Why do doctors give these false diagnosis and skip the real cause of these poor peoples pain?Have all doctors been taught not to diagnose parasites?For that matter most labs wont go there either.Is this a planned conspiracy?A lady who lives down the block has larva currens on her forearms,when I told her what it was she got angry and said "My doctor says it is autoimmune disease".Will these doctors ever be served justice?
