Tinnitus can be caused from inner ear problems such as from infection or loud noises. But more commonly it is caused from a constriction of blood vessels near the ear. There are a number of reasons for this including the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, plaque build up, diabetes, epinephrine, etc. Magnesium can help dilate the blood vessels to increase the circulation near the ear. I recommend 300mg magnesium malate 2 to times daily.
Many of your other symptoms such as the thin nasal discharge, the eye swelling and the inflammatory problems do sound like adrenal issues. And your body temperature is running abnormally low, which can indicate low thyroid that can also result from low adrenal function.
Remember to stay away from stimulants like caffeine since this will weaken the adrenals.
