Hey! My fast went well, but since then I've had such appetite and have been eating too much! It's like my body doesn't want me to stay below 180 lbs although I reeeeeeeeally like the way I look at 170... or even 165. Whenever I lose some weight by any means, my appetite seems to get strong until I'm back to 180. :-( Ah well. I'm trying to trick it by eating stuff like cabbage so I'm full for less calories but still I'm eating too much and working on it. I've also started taking a supplement recommended by chrisb1... I'm hoping that the added nutrients will help me in general and help me with my appetite (which does seem to be ramping down a bit, thankfully).
In good news, I've been working out a lot and hubby says I'm looking fit! (That's not the reason for the appetite though; the appetite exceeds how hungry I am. Bummer.)
