I heard once that if you eat enough cabbage, it will clear your skin. Well, it clears other things out and you may have bad gas if you jump all-in, although that's how I did it. You could choose to gradually increase cabbage intake for a gentler effect. Me, I like to know stuff is working and get quick results so when my hubby bought me a head of red cabbage - not my favorite - I decided I must find a way that I like to eat all of it. And here it is:
Chop a clove or 3 of garlic (depending on how much you like
Chop an inch of fresh ginger
Toss in frying pan w/oil - olive or sesame
Add:
sesame oil
soy sauce
chopped red cabbage
and if you like green cabbage
peanuts! (the best part)
red pepper flakes if you like
Add enough cabbage for a full meal.
Saute until slightly wilted, and eat!
