costo symptoms

Wondering if I have costochronditis. Have had pain for 2 yrs. Left rib cage area. Started when i made certain movements...sitting down and bending forward (like to tie shoes) and twisting upper body (like when fastening seat belt) Pain would stop me dead in my tracks...couldn't move, talk, etc till pain went away..then for a few days after had
pain across middle of back.
Last 6 weeks, pain more often now towards middle of chest, under left breast with back muscle pain. Now keeping me awake.
Have had chest & abodomen cat scan last week (nothing showed up), rib xrays,
stress test, anti inflams, muscle relaxants, heating pad seems to relieve middle back muscle pain, but not pain in
front left rib.
Anyone else with these symptoms?
At wits end...literally afraid to move.
