Stool sample results

This is my report of the stool sample that contained mucus, after experiencing intestinal distress.

I wish I could stream these scans directly, as you can see how difficult it is to make identifications of potential pathogens and parasites among the many weird looking things in a single sample.
Anyway, I have included one thing, which looks like a cell, and stood out.
There was an elevated level of streptococcus spp of bacteria, but not sure if that is relevant.
I did see many epithelial cells with the plasmodium zoites in them, but I still don't think that is the cause--it causes itching, though.
So I uploaded this image for your perusal: I don't have any ideas, but it looks suspicious according to my own experience.
