Anyway your post reminded me of a water only fast I went on in the early 80's, doing an enema a day. Think it lasted bout 9 days. Think the enemas were stirring things up cause I started getting aversion to doing them. I did release something while several days into it. I broke the fast with juices first and felt Fantastic!
Don't think I'll ever water only fast again though, rather use juices to support my system.

Thing about this dream which I forgot to mention was the thought that if this was supposed to be encrusted fecal matter
it'd be on the outside of the stool.
Here the stool was wrapped around it, like a protective barrier... hmm just makes me wonder if this is really about bowel cleansing or just ridding myself of toxic attitudes.
