bowel movement

Yep! that's all I recall of this DREAM.

It was large and in about 3 or 4 pcs.
I noticed that where the ends were broken,
it was brown on the outside and black on the inside.
All the pieces seemed to be this way.
There was a man in the bathroom with me and I called his attention to this. Somehow I managed to split one down its side and all this crumbly black stuff just spilled out.
Wow, I thought, sure glad that's out of me!

Although I've done Liver Flushes with epsom salt,
colosan and had a couple colonics, I've never done an actual bowel cleanse.
