Re: Candida likes it acidic...so why vinegar?

There is a third school of internet thought that candida favors either an extremely alkaline or acidic environment. Also, I've read certain things that are acidic may produce an internal alkaline-forming reaction (e.g. lemons), and vice versa. I don't know who to believe anymore.
