Doctors perform tests to rule out other possibilities, many illnesses mimick each other,when it comes to neurological symptoms they cannot simply assume it's only the Mirena and not follow through with other possibilities. Imagine the outcome if it was really MS and not the Mirena but the doctor didn't performe the tests required? Then poeple would be sueing for negliagence!! Sometimes they just can't win I guess, but I just think that people need to stop complaining about things that they should have been aware were possible due to the use of this device.
