New here - am I crazy?

Hi Everyone, I've spent some time reading previous posts and I'd like to share my story and see if any of this makes sense. I had the Mirena inserted in August of 07 and until about 15 minutes ago I never even realized that so many women were suffering from side effects. I've been waaay too emotional, absolutely no sex drive, and suffer from vaginal dryness no matter when it is. The complicating thing is that I was ill in March and it took forever to determine what it was (turned out to be epstein-barr and cytomegalovirus but I was being tested for everything under the sun). Ok, so even since then - around August when I was finally diagnosed I still feel awful. Tired all the time, heart palpitations, etc.

I guess I'm curious about people who have had their Mirena removed and how it was after that? I'm ready to get rid of it!!
