I agree with Dr. Downing in your post - I am following the idea of protecting myself from Swine Flu and all flus and colds with:
- nutrition
- Vit C [several GRAMS per day]
- Vit D
Nutrition, to me, means avoiding processed carbs, esp. sugar, and instead eating freshly ground oilseeds [flax, hemp, sunflower, pumpkin, etc.] and raw eggs and plain yogurt and berries and a little fruit [but not much].
Also, a little Colloidal Silver and some H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) in the body won't hurt and might help a lot!! {lol: "H2O2 for H1N1" could be a slogan for alternative meds]
And get some EXERSIZE!! Work up your heart rate and get breathing hard once a day seems reasonable for the human organism. After all, we did evolve for millions of years where our body was worked out hard every day...
