If I have to sit near someone that's coughing and sneezing, it wouldn't hurt if I wore a face mask. I don't know but I tend to trust my immune system. I'm allowed to take a small 2 ounce bottle of CS on board. Just enough to protect me me from quite a few things, I'd say, or minimize their effect if I do get something.

I would NOT get a vaccine, that's for sure.
