CS Protect H1N1 on X-Country Flight?
Am flying across the USA on Monday and flying back in a few days and would like to protect myself from h1n1 and other virii.
Am going to take a 2 oz bottle of CS. If I take a tsp 3 x a day, I can taste CS in my saliva and feel quite protected.
Is this enough or should I also wear a mask? My immune system and overall health are quite good.
