thank you so much for this great answer! - It helped me a lot with my understanding of how to dose in natural healing.


When you say, that you put your 'next doses' in a glass and splash them with boiling water (to evaporate the alcohol), does that mean that you put the doses in a glass and add a little bit of boiling water? So you'll basically be drinking the original tincture plus some water? How much water should be used?

- Sorry about this stupid question. - But since I'll be taking a lot of tinctures, I want to make sure to get this right.
