Its been presumed by some that HSV1 is present but dormant in 80% of all people and activates when the immune system has been comprimized enough. btw where the virus originally enters is where the outbreaks occur.

Tho UT has powerfull beneficial effects and has been reported to stop/slow the outbreak in some people, it often times , like all herpes therapies, cannot be reported to be a cure 100% of the time. Using any of the known therapies works the best if started as close to realizing an outbreak as possible.

You might want to try fasting and doing the UT. Fasting itself stimulates the immune system and water or fruit or juice fasting should also increase the power of your Ut.

If you are getting outbreaks regularly, your system is very low in vitality, possible toxified (unknown illness, paracite overload, metals,over eating conditions ect) to some degree, evan if you feel reletivly well most of the time.

The liver system, lymphatic system, ect might be congested or subpar, as these play the largest role that I know of in the reoccurance of the virus.

Untill you deal with basic organ and system issues with basic health approaches. Attempting to fix problems with symptomatic approaches, evan powerull healing therapies like UT or herbal compounds, will be less sucsessfull than you would like.
