 heres one for ya. high total iron binding capacity. all other labs normal. looking for a cause and treatment.

 
 

This is normally high with anemia. It can also rise with pregnancy or the use of birth control pills.  I recall from the past that you are male so unless you had sex change or are an alien these are unlikely.  The only thing I can think of that would come close to this is if your progesterone levels were high from liver damage or the use of progesterone creams, which some men use, or possibly DHEA use.  If it were liver damage though it would have shown up in the lab tests.

 


I would wait a few months and have it checked again.  Maybe they screwed up on the test, like  a machine miscalibration or something.
