course of action for shingles?

After all the stress I have undergone The rash we thought was an allergic reaction seems to be shingles... My skins a mess right now and I'm a mess... I have what I was told is eczema now the md says Psoriasis then a few days later I start itching on my chest and head then I get a water blister on my fingers and the next day I'm covered in a rash on my chest and stomach,neck, my face looks like i got burnt and was so oily It is uncomfortable to smile or laugh... my head has all kinds of itchy bumps. It all slowly resolved but I had a circular hardened rash that looked like ringworm on my ankle so the other day Im walking to the gorcery store and I feel a stinging down there i get back home and a water blister starts to fill to the size of a garbanzo bean I have malaise a slight headache and body ache the blister has popped and drained and is starting to dry... could one get shingles that are not painful? I know you would recommend pau d' arco,chaparral and andrographis powder 1/2 tsp 3x daily 30 min before meals could I leave the chaparral out or replace it with something else? what else could I do? do you know of a good md or person in SANTA FE NMX that could help me at a reasonable cost?
