How do I get started?

Ive read that you know quite a bit about colon cleansing and I'd like to ask you a question please.
I did my first colon cleansing with 4 liters of water and the juice of half a lemon. My container holds 7.5 liters but I could not get all of it into myself without it leaking. What am I doing wrong if anything? Does it take time to get to the point of getting all the fluid into the colon?
Now for my second cleanse I would like to use 4 or 5 drops of Lugol with the water. How many cleanses will it take before I see some of the gunk in me come out? Any advice you can give me is appreciated. Thanks Tweet
