I find it very difficult to mix and drink b&p sometimes. THis morning I had a tablespoonful of psyllium and a tablespooonfull of psyllium husks (together) followed by chugging an entire bottle of water. I find this much easier to swallow for some reason, and the psyllium doesn't get all caught in my teeth. I just want to make sure I'm not going to do more harm than good with this. Any suggestions?
