FINALLY!!

I've been feeling stopped up for the last few days and layed off the B&P feeling that might be adding to the problem instead of helping. I'd recently added digestive enzymes to the mix and had noticed that what got passed seemed to be better digested. No movement at all yesterday which, for someone that's on the pot 2 or 3 times a day, is a bit disconcerting. Also feeling like the body was getting more toxic instead of less, eg: itching, fuzzy headedness, and some abdominal discomfort. The last weekend didn't help as I was on a location photoshoot (I'm a photoassitant / digital artist) both days. In the hubbub of things I didn't drink nearly as much water as usual and the crew was provided pizza for lunch. Tasted great but not the thing I needed in this cleaning up of my system. All day yesterday feeling "plugged up" so downed a quart of Sea Salt water when I got home. Still nothing at 9 so had a cup of smooth move tea and went to bed shortly. Major cramps this morning and passed two large plugs of mucoid plaque followed by everything else that I'd eaten in the last couple days a bit later. The plaque was all balled up tight but pulled apart fairly easily into the classic long strings with a chopstick.
What I take from this is:
1. Don't get discouraged if you seem to be going backward in this process at any time
2. Mucoid plaque might not slide out right away when released from it's original spot
3. Drink LOTS of water to keep things moving!
4. Better out than in.

What a load off my ..... mind!
Jay
