Thats great you are helping the NORD TMAU fund. I think with the right publicity they could raise the $30k they need relatively quickly. Perhaps with google ads or something. I'm surprised the senators didn't reply. most of them say they will. Lobbying groups probably target likely sympathetic politicians. I'm sure at least one would be interested.

Re your own idea, I was meaning more of a lobbying/campaign group, with one main aim of lobbying politicians to get them to instruct the NIH set up a clinic/research center. So it wouldn't involve any research expenses on the charities part. The NIH set up one (or more) taste&smell clinics, which have turned out to be profitable as far as I know. I would expect a BO clinic to be extremely more profitable in my opinion, due to the underestimation of this problem.

Well anyway, whatever you do, I'm sure you have our support even if anonymously.
