I think if people want to not have Body Odor and halitosis and they can't solve it, then it's really up to the politicians to do all they can about it. 2 goals I can think of would be a Body Odor and halitosis research center and clinic set up by the NIH ( Body Odor especially, since it currently is completely neglected) and have certain types of body odor and halitosis made an official disability (in the meantime).

I would like to see any influence on politicians possible. Im sure one senator or suchlike would take an interest.

This is just my suggestion. Perhaps others feel 'support' or 'employment opportunities' or whatever are more important. It will be interesting to hear others views.

Anyhow good luck if you go ahead. It's very brave of you. I foresee a 'tipping point' where awareness about these problems gets to a point where the numbers of sufferers becomes obvious and surprises the politicians. I think it is quite a big problem.
