BY ALL MEANS WORKOUT! Working out increases the action and blood flow to the colon. If you don't move, you stagnate. In other words, the toxins absorbed into the clay need to move out of your system. Not having a workout schedule makes the system lethargic and slow to remove the waste. Besides that, exercise has many benefits to the system other than elimination.
