thrush in baby's mouth

Hi Dr Mom, I'm grabbing you while you're still around. My little boy, now 8 weeks, has a white patch down the center of his tongue. It isn't milk because it's always there. I think it might be thrush. What can I do to get rid of this? Thanks, Samantha Tweet
