Enzymes?

Hello,

I was curious if someone had a good digestive enzyme to recommend?

I am doing the B & P shakes three times a day, and started the Paragone treatment three days ago.

I did notice undigested food in my bowel movements, and I saw on a previous post that the enzymes could help.

Would it be okay to take the enzymes while I am doing the shakes and parasite cleanse?
