The program is very simple...all you need is one of the Bulking Agents and the Internal Cleansing Tablets. The choice of Bulking Agents depends on whether or not you have candida...and what your taste preference is...see the recent thread about the different Bulking Agents for more info from those who've been using them. It is also recommended that you dry skin brush daily while on this program...so you might want to order a brush, too, if you don't have one. Robert Gray's The Colon Health Handbook has a lot of good information in it about colon cleansing and also provides a schedule for using this program...if you don't order this booklet, make sure that you ask them for their pamphlet that gives you the program schedule.
