What Holistic Horizons products to use? HELP!

Hi, I have been reading your posts about HH. I went to the Holistic Horizons website and got confused about which products to use. Can anyone guide me? Do you have to get ALL of them? I tried the Bentonite and psyllism for over 3 months and got no plaque out. Know I have to have LOTS of it. Very frustrating to be trying to get this right. My stool is only the size of a pencil, so there has to be lots of buildup on the walls. I could sure use some help. Thank you for this forum. Birdie Tweet
