I got your first one but then I thought I was missing a second one - asking a question. I think my pm's have gotten a bit buried with notifications - I'll go sweep it out and see if it's there. Have a wonderful adjustment! Take it easy tonight, though.

I got an adjustment last year and came home and sewed all day - it was undone the next day. It'd been a hard adjustment. I called the chiro and he asked what I did afterward. I told him and he said, sitting up and still in one position all afternoon put tens of pounds of pressure on each vertebrae without rest and I'd pretty much undone my adjustment. I went back in sheepishly. lol I thought sewing WAS taking it easy.

Now, I read, recline, something for the evening that's not putting upright static pressure on my spine. :)
