I agree completely! Living the life of a couch potato and reaching for solutions in pill bottles is not the answer. Though there is a need for supplementation given our processed foods and mineral depleted soils, you still need to build upon your health by starting with a good healthy foundation. Nothing like getting plenty of good nutrition and living an active lifestyle. It also helps to exercise your brain - and studies have shown that those who work crosswords and do mental puzzles also tend to avoid dementia and Alzheimer's.
