I found something in my stool, what is it?

Ok, I've been having some problems with BM for some time now and recently I saw something in my stool that I had not noticed before.

Here are some links to what I believe is the same thing. I didn't have a camera that could zoom in closely enough but I think this is exactly the same thing (or at least looks very similar).

If I would describe this the way I saw this with my own eyes, then this would be a series of small red brownish pieces that connect to each other and are covered with some kind of clear goo that keeps it from falling apart. These things are probably not more than a centimeter in length. They came mostly in clusters like the ones on the left on the first photo.

I am aware that this could be something entirely different and not a parasite at all, but nevertheless I would like to know what this is so any info is appreciated.

Foods that I ate the days before: bananas (?), beef, cheese, psyllium husk, pasta, oatmeal, eggs.
